Please enter as much information as possible to allow our Warranty/Repair Center to serve you as quickly as possible. Attach pictures, include manufacture's part numbers (where available) and be as detailed as possible when describing the issues.

1. Be sure warranty registration was submitted to MAC LTT in order to initiate your warranty 2. Provide an estimate and description of the problem from an authorized repair shop. 3. Save all potentially defective parts -in case the vendor needs them back to fulfill their warranty process. 4. Make sure you always refer to the trailer's full serial number as well as any warranty/repair/rma number issued from our service department. 5. All warranty claims must be approved by MAC LTT before work is performed, to insure payment is issued to the authorized repair facility.
